Whilst I can assist with this, when looking at a cost effective method, if there is significant work required, then I would suggest that we use one of the bookkeepers from within my network who can do the processing generally at a lower rate, or I can train you to do the processing yourself.
That being said, incorrectly processed work can result in higher accounting fees, so don’t just take the cheapest bookkeeper, find one with referrals.
Today’s accounting software are mostly very good and can take a lot of the grunt work out of it. Try and stick with one of the major brands to ensure support is easy to come by. MYOB, XERO or QUICKEN/RECKON.
